Specialty Homes

When only the best will do.....

Typically our client's specialty homes are between 35 - 40 squares in size. We specialise in building very high quality, stylish homes which provide luxurious living and attractive design features. Our specialty homes often include gymnasiums, theatre rooms, saunas, large entertaining areas, slpit levels, mezzanines  or multiple stories.

We have built a wide range of specialty house styles. A popular style is the  "older world" homes complete with traditional stained glass windows. Some have incorporated feature stone walls and around-the-home and through-the-home water features.

A largish specialty home usually takes between 6 - 8 months to complete.  Often we are provided with architectural drawings, but we are more than happy to start from scratch. We can arrange for an architectural draughtsperson to complete drawings.
