Additions are the mainstay of our business. Adding area is a cost effective way of making your home more comfortable and enjoyable. We fully appreciate how important the family home is to our clients. We take pride in how we add to the value and enjoyment of our clients homes.

Dunne Constructions have completed hundreds of additions over the past three decades. Additions can involve expanding the existing house to cater for extra new rooms such as bedrooms, bathroom, en suite, or family room. Additions can also involve increasing the area of an existing room, for example doubling the size of your family room.

Most of our additions are found in the older inner parts of Melbourne, eastern, bayside and surrounding suburbs.

We cater for a wide variety of construction methods and styles of finish including Shadowboard and Blueboard with render finish.
